"I’ve purchased from Tatcha many times before, and loved the products I’ve received. However, with the luminous eye firming serum, I’ve experienced intense burning on my skin. Which is right near my eyes. I have tried it multiple times and this most recent time I had to wash it off completely the burning was so bad, and the next day the skin I applied it to was red and inflamed still. I don’t complain to be annoying, but to hopefully alert Tatcha and other buyers that this happened. Spending $92 on an eye serum to not be able to use it is really frustrating."

"I had high hopes for this eye cream, but after using it consistently for several months, I regret to say that I haven't noticed any difference in my skin. In fact, I saw more noticeable results with an eye serum from a different brand that I used prior to trying this one. "Let me first start by saying I love almost every tatcha product. I use it all and love it! The eye creams have never been my favorite though. This one is fine again not my favorite and for the price I wouldn’t buy it again.
